| What are your arrival and departure times? |
| Your accommodation is available from 2pm. We are happy to welcome you to the Hotel earlier and, when your accommodation is ready, you may check in. In order for us to prepare our next guests, we do ask that you vacate your accommodation by 11am. on your day of departure. If your hotel room is not vacated by this time, we reserve the right to charge for an additional night's stay. |
| What if I have a special request? |
| If you have any special requests regarding any aspect of your stay (rooms or meals), please advise us when you confirm the booking and place your request in writing. Please include a telephone number in case of any query. Whilst we will try our best to meet special requests, no guarantee is given. |
| Can I bring my pet? |
| For the convenience of other guests, no pets are allowed at any of our properties (with the exception of guide dogs - please advise in advance of your arrival). |
| Is smoking permitted? |
| Whilst our restaurant and bedrooms are designated non-smoking, guests are welcome to smoke in the designated areas of our bar and function rooms. |
| I might arrive late...what do I need to do? |
| You must check-in by 10pm or let us know in advance if you are going to arrive after this time, otherwise we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled. If you arrive after the restaurant has closed, no refund will be made for meals booked and subsequently not taken. Call our front desk on 01305 771313 if you know you are going to be late. We may be able to provide late evening refreshments if we have sufficient notice. |
